Great product

Bought three with blind hole bolt sets. The BathRoylale installation part was a breeze. Getting the old non-BathRoyake seat installation kit off was not a breeze! My advice is to spray the old bolt/screws with something like WD-40 several times a day or two before removing old kit if the nuts are metal.

Soft CloseMechanism

Both Soft Close Mechanism require manually pushing the seat to half-close before it kicks in.
